OTA alerting customers to nationwide scam

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is warning Oklahomans of a nationwide text scam targeting the state.

OTA officials say the fraudulent text messages feature a link that is NOT associated with the agency.

If you receive a text about your OTA account and are unsure of its validity, contact 1-800-745-3727.
