During the special, Obama will dish on some of her most memorable experiences as First Lady of the United States, living in the White House, and what she plans to do when they leave the 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue on Jan. 20. They will also chat about the legacy President Barack Obama hopes to leave behind.

Michelle recently got emotional as she welcomed military families for to the White House for their last holiday season there, and teared up as she told the crowd, "This has been one of our favorite White House traditions."

"Our military families, like all of you, remind us of what matters, because even as you serve this country in uniform, or you hold everything together here at home as a military spouse, or you prepare to attend another new school as a military kid ... you all still find time to contribute to your communities and to this country."

The special, which was co-executive produced by Winfrey, will first air on CBS Dec. 19 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Then, OWN will air a second showing Dec. 21 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
