OPINION: Are Ravens and John Harbaugh NFL’s perfect match?
While sitting at home watching television, I started thinking how the Baltimore Ravens and coach John Harbaugh could be the NFL’s perfect match. What if the Ravens did not have John Harbaugh as head coach? What if Jason Garrett would have accepted the Ravens head coaching position in 2008 and not have decided to return to Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys?
On January 19, 2008, former Philadelphia Eagles special teams coach John Harbaugh became head coach of the Baltimore Ravens. This is after Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett turned down the Ravens offer.

In 2008, coach John Harbaugh and the Ravens drafted University of Delaware quarterback Joe Flacco and only four seasons after, Harbaugh coached the Baltimore Ravens to their second Super Bowl victory (2012).
I’m sure at one time or another since he has made his decision not to accept the Ravens offer, Jason Garrett has had thoughts about it although he would probably never admit it.
The Baltimore Ravens have a great front office and organization that is second to none.
It’s like an angel from above created a path and brought coach John Harbaugh to the Baltimore Ravens. Someone looking down on the Ravens and leading coach Harbaugh directly to his opportunity. Mr. Art Modell would be so proud of Mr. Steve Bisciotti and Mr. Ozzie Newsome’s decision of hiring coach John Harbaugh.
Ravens Nation is happy Mr. Bisciotti, Mr. Newsome and the Ravens organization made the decision to hire head coach John Harbaugh.
But, what if the Baltimore Ravens didn’t have John Harbaugh?
