Online registration for Muscogee Co. School District starts April 8
COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Muscogee County School District’s online registration for the 2024 to 2025 school year is less than a month away.
Registration opens for all students on April 8. Here’s what current students need to get registered:
Two proofs of address:
Lease/mortgage/property tax AND
A current utility bill stating the name and service address
Withdrawal form or last report card from the previous school if transferring to a different school in the district
Students new to the district, including kindergartners, will need to provide these documents:
Student’s Birth Certificate
Student’s Social Security Card
GA Immunization Form (3231) or waiver form giving more time to get Form 3231
GA Eye, Ear & Dental Form (3300) or waiver form more time to get Form 3300
Two proofs of address:
a. Lease/mortgage/property tax
b. A current utility bill stating the name and service addressWithdrawal form or last report card from the previous school
“If you are living with someone, the individual must accompany you and provide proof of address and a photo ID to complete an Affidavit of Residency. These are renewed yearly. If a renewal affidavit is issued, the parent must also provide official mail to that address.”
