One suffers minor injuries in two-vehicle collision Downtown

Aug. 10—One person was sent to Mosaic Life Care after a two-vehicle collision in Downtown St. Joseph on Wednesday afternoon.

The crash took place at the intersection of Seventh and Francis streets at about 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

St. Joseph police said a white Toyota Highlander ran into a red Ford F-150 after failing to yield at the intersection. This caused the Highlander to run into the northwest corner of a building at the intersection.

The driver of the F-150 suffered minor injuries and was taken to Mosaic Life Care by Buchanan County EMS, police said.

All parties involved were wearing seat belts, police said.
