One person killed in overnight east Charlotte crash: CMPD

CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — One person has died after a crash in east Charlotte, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.

Just after midnight on Sunday, police said a victim died at the intersection of Dunlavin Way and Eastway Drive.

The area was closed shortly after the crash.
