One killed in wreck on New Hartford Road
One person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision Friday night in the 3400 block of New Hartford Road.
Two other people were seriously injured in the wreck, with one having been life-flighted and the other taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.
Maddox Hall, 20, of Utica was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, with aggravating circumstances; vehicular homicide when under the influence of alcohol; four counts of wanton endangerment, 1st degree and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render assistance with death or serious physical injuries.
Owensboro Accident Reconstruction responded to the scene for further reconstruction. The collision is still under investigation.
