One killed in Fairfield County crash after car hits tree

LANCASTER, Ohio (WCMH) — A 33-year-old man is dead after a crash early Saturday morning in Fairfield County.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol said that just before 2:30 a.m., Patrick White was driving a Cadillac northwest on Woodsfield Circle. He traveled off the left side of the road and hit a rock and mailbox before overturning and hitting a tree. OSHP said that White was ejected from the vehicle after the impact.

Three hospitalized after car crashes into pole in northeast Columbus

Medics arrived at the scene and pronounced White dead. The Lancaster Post of the OSHP is continuing to investigate the crash.
