One dead after vehicle overturned in San Jose

(KRON) – A person has died after a single-vehicle crash on Sunday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. The crash happened in the area of the intersection of Highway 101 and I-880 in San Jose.

The driver was traveling southbound on Highway 101, south of Interstate 880. The driver swerved and overturned several times, according to CHP. The car crashed at 6:19 a.m.

Mint Butterfield has been safely located, man arrested

The driver was pronounced deceased at 6:32 a.m. on Sunday. Lanes opened around 8:30 a.m.
