One day with low humidity on Mother’s Day

Humidity will continue to remain low overnight and into Mother’s Day as dew points return to the 50s and low 60s. Clouds will move through overnight as temperatures drop into the upper 60s to around 70 across the Bay Area. Expect more afternoon sunshine as highs continue to stay above average, topping out near 90 degrees.

Rain chances return Monday and so does higher humidity with mainly inland showers during the afternoon and evening. Lows will be in the low 70s with highs in the low 90s.

Dew points will return to the 70s Tuesday and stay high through next weekend. Rain chances will be slightly higher Tuesday with the best chance of showers and storms Wednesday and Thursday.

Friday will be much drier, but another round of showers and storms can be expected next weekend.

Highs throughout the period will be in the upper 80s to low 90s with lows mainly in the 70s.
