One critical after shooting in west side Walmart parking lot

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — One person is in critical condition after a shooting near a Walmart store on the west side of Columbus.

Columbus police said the shooting happened in the parking lot of the Walmart store on the 1200 block of Georgesville Road at approximately 6:19 p.m.

Columbus police officer killed in Delaware motorcycle crash

According to a Columbus police, the victim left the scene at the store and was found about three miles away on the 4300 block of West Broad Street. The victim was taken to Grant Medical Center and is expected to survive their injury.
