Between the cutout gowns and designer duds, it would seem as if Olivia Wilde puts a lot of thought into her on-point maternity style. However, in a recent Instagram post, she proved that she doesn’t take dressing her belly too seriously.

The actress shared a photo of her body in a cotton black and white striped dress and officially named her maternity style “old timey circus tent.”

Wilde, who has one child with Jason Sudeikis, pokes fun at the outfit choice with the caption, “When you’re officially embracing the ‘old timey circus tent’ section of your closet. #bumpin”

We actually like the dress — it looks super comfy and appropriate for a stroll in New York City. She paired it with converse and a bookstore tote bag. If we were as far along in our pregnancy as Wilde, we’d be living in dresses like that too. Mind you, she dared to wear a cute mismatched bikini just a few days ago, and looked stunning.

And, in June, Wilde appeared at the CFDA Awards in a Rosie Assoulin dress with cutouts that created an open-stomach, and she looked like a forest green queen. In May, the pregnant beauty attended the Met Gala in a Michael Kors Collection badass black dress, featuring silver details and a metallic choker.

So, clearly, she’s being a tad bit hard on her pregnancy style. We cannot imagine being about to burst with the pressures Hollywood forces upon women to look good all the time when all you want to do is put on your oversized sweater and walk out in slippers. But Wilde balances it masterfully, still finding freedom to wear an oversized dress and not give a sh*t.

Now, excuse us as we go organize an old timey circus tent section in our closets so that we can rock stylish comfy clothes all the time.
