A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge on Friday postponed Lamar Odom's arraignment on DUI charges until Oct. 10.
Odom did not appear in court, but attorney Richard Hutton did attend the hearing. Hutton did not enter a plea for his client. Famed lawyer, Robert Shapiro, also reportedly represents Odom.
Odom, the former Los Angeles Lakers star, who also played for the Clippers was arrested on Aug. 30 after his white Mercedes sport utility vehicle was spotted moving in a "serpentine manner," according to the California Highway Patrol. He was pulled over for driving too slow, People magazine reported.
Odom allegedly refused to take a chemical test when taken to jail. Under California law, his refusal will result in a one-year suspension of his driver's license.
