DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania (AP) — President Barack Obama is in Tanzania, kicking off the final stop on his weeklong, three-country tour of sub-Saharan Africa.

Obama arrived Monday in Dar es Salaam (dahr ehs sah-LAHM'). He's not the only U.S. president visiting the east African country. Former President George W. Bush coincidentally will be there, too.

Initially, aides to both men said they had no plans to meet. But the White House now says they will see each other. Their wives are also planning a discussion together at a conference on African women.

Obama is meeting Monday with Tanzanian President Jakaya Kikwete, and will discuss trade with business leaders before dinner with Kilwete. He'll stop Tuesday at a memorial for the deadly 1998 embassy bombing and deliver a speech on electricity access before returning to Washington.
