Obama Had Jon Stewart at 70,000 'Structurally Deficient' Bridges

President Obama spoke of many issues and challenges facing the nation in his State of the Union, but, having grown up among the bridge-and-tunnel crowd in Central Jersey, there was one crisis that stood out for Daily Show host Jon Stewart's: the crumbling infrastructure of those bridges and tunnels. "Tonight, I propose a 'Fix-It-First' program to put people to work as soon as possible on our most urgent repairs, like the nearly 70,000 structurally deficient bridges across the country." Stewart: "70,000 structurally deficient! I mean, come on! Shouldn't you have opened with that!"
