Bloomberg Businessweek, which garnered a lot of attention with its "It's Global Warming, Stupid" cover last week, has created another sure-to-be-discussed cover.

This one imagines Barack Obama four years into his next term. The image shows a visibly aged Obama with the headline "The Next Four Years." The cover story "reports on the road ahead for President Obama as he faces the fiscal cliff and crucial decisions for the future of the economy, business, and defense. The opposition remains considerable, and no matter how successful he is, the hardest job in the world will take its toll," according to the magazine's website.

The publication premiered the image on its Facebook Page Wednesday morning. Newsstand sales may be slipping, but some recent covers from Time, Newsweek and New York magazine have received a great deal of attention on social media.

Businessweek commissioned the photo illustration by Justin Metz prior to last night's election. The publication also had a Mitt Rommey cover ready.

In 2009, Greenpeace also imagined an older Obama -- then as the president would appear in 2020. The ad predicted Obama would regret his decision not to take part in the climate conference that year in Copenhagen.
