Top White House adviser David Plouffe likes what he sees in terms of voter turnout, especially in the nine battleground states that President Barack Obama has been targeting.
Says Plouffe: "I think we are going to do very well." He says he expects Obama will have enough electoral votes for a second term.
When asked about Pennsylvania — which Republican challenger Mitt Romney made a late play for in his campaigning — Plouffe conceded that it'll probably be closer for Obama than when he won it in 2008, but that he will win it. "We like what we're hearing about today in terms of turnout in Pennsylvania and we feel confident that at the end of the night, Pennsylvania will be Obama blue on your map," Plouffe tells CNN.
