The callous Citi Bike rider who attacked two Orthodox Jewish boys in Brooklyn is shown in new surveillance footage released by the NYPD on Friday — as the department probes the violence as a possible hate crime.

The victims, 11 and 13 — dressed traditionally as they played with several others on Franklin Avenue near Myrtle Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant — were both targeted Sunday night when the rider spotted them as he pedaled down the street.

“Get off the sidewalk,” the man, believed to be between 18 and 20 years old, allegedly snarled at the kids as he rode past them, police said.

Then he returned, got off his bike and pushed the older boy to the ground, according to cops and disturbing video, first obtained by Williamsburg 365 News.

He then set his sights on the 11-year-old, whom he allegedly knocked to the pavement, kicked and punched.

Both boys were treated at the scene for cuts on the back of their heads.

The violent biker fled and hadn’t been caught by Friday.

Footage released by the NYPD shows him casually pedaling along a sidewalk as pedestrians walk by.

Cops describe the young attacker as having a medium complexion, last seen wearing a black jacket, black and white striped shirt, light blue jeans and white sneakers with stripes.
