On Tuesday, dozens of protesters gathered in Hong Kong to voice their opposition to possible changes to China's constitution. The ruling Communist Party proposed on Sunday to remove a constitutional clause that limits presidents to two terms in office. This would enable President Xi Jinping to remain in office indefinitely. And a new official political theory bearing Xi's name is expected to be written into the party's constitution, one that's similar to President Trump's promise to "Make America Great Again."
