(WJW) — Every 90 seconds, someone dies from cardiac arrest.

Unless it happens outside a hospital, your chance of survival can be very slim.

Local man killed in I-90 crash near Avon

But for a local poker player, death just wasn’t in the cards thanks to quick action by a bystander and a casino employee.
