All lanes of Interstate 5 northbound near Salem are open Friday afternoon after one lane was closed because of law enforcement activity.

Oregon Department of Transportation officials warned drivers to expect delays near mile 245 south of Salem going into rush hour.

TripCheck reported traffic jams stretching south to Albany.
