North Cornwall Commons opens third Lebanon Co. apartment building

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — North Cornwall Commons recently announced that it has officially finished the construction of its third apartment building.

According to North Cornwall Commons, a third apartment building, located at 114 Blackford Boulevard, officially opened to residents earlier this month on Monday, April 1.

The new apartment building consists of 129 units, with new floor plans that include studio apartments and a 3-bedroom layout. North Cornwall Commons says that the new building will also offer 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, which are available in their other two apartment buildings as well.

Some of the amenities that will be offered at the new building will include:

  • Children’s play area

  • Yoga/barre/stretching room

  • Cardio and weight room

Oola Bowls in Lebanon County to hold grand opening

In celebration of this recent opening, staff at North Cornwall Commons and Byler Holdings LLC (the developer for the project), will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 17 at 11 a.m.

The ceremony will be held inside the lobby of the newly constructed building.
