Noodles & Co. offers details on proposed IPO, including anticipated share price

BROOMFIELD, Colo. (AP) -- Noodles & Co. says it plans to offer about 5.3 million shares when it goes public, with an anticipated price of $13 to $15 per share.

Noodles made the disclosures Monday in a regulatory filing on its proposed initial public offering.

The Broomfield, Colo.-based fast-casual chain says it has applied to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol NDLS.

It reported $5.16 million in net income on revenue of $300 million in its most recent fiscal year, up from $3.8 million in net income on $256 million in revenue a year earlier.

The company has about 340 restaurants. It says that at its current growth rate, it could grow to 2,500 restaurants over the next 15 to 20 years.
