NN board reinstates quarterly cash dividend, declares payment of 6 cents
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (AP) -- NN Inc. said Tuesday that its board reinstated the industrial parts maker's quarterly cash dividend, declaring a payment of 6 cents.
The dividend will be paid on July 9 to shareholders of record as of June 25.
NN President and CEO Rich Holder said the dividend reinstatement stems from the company's strong cash flow and debt retirement over the last three years, which has significantly boosted its finances.
NN shares rose 3 cents to $9.48 in afternoon trading.
