NJ lottery players win big playing Powerball, Mega Millions, Jersey Cash 5

In New Jersey last week, lottery players cashed in with some big wins.

A Mega Millions ticket won a million, five Powerball tickets won prizes of at least $50,000 and a Jersey Cash 5 ticket won over $600,000.

Each week, the New Jersey Lottery releases a list of prizes won over $10,000. Here's a look at all the big lottery winners last week in New Jersey, in descending order:

  • $50,000, Powerball, Jan. 15 - sold at Welsh Farms on River Road in New Milford (Bergen County)

  • $50,000, Powerball, Jan. 17 - Quick Chek on Egan Avenue in Fords (Middlesex County)

  • $50,000, Powerball, Jan. 17 - Wawa on Englishtown Road in Old Bridge (Middlesex County)

  • $50,000, Powerball, Jan. 17 - Wawa on New Durham Road in Piscataway (Middlesex County)

  • $12,016, Pick-6, Jan. 15 - sold at One Stop Wine & Liquors on Ridge Road in North Arlington (Bergen County)
