Nickelback is coming to the Mid-State Fair. Here’s how you can see them

Feeling nostalgic? One of the biggest rock bands of the 2000s is coming to Paso Robles this summer for the California Mid-State Fair.

According to a news release, 2023 Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductees Nickelback will play the 2024 fair on July 24 with guest Dillon James opening the show at 7:30 p.m.

The concert will be held at the Chumash Grandstand Arena at the Paso Robles Event Center as part of the Michelob Ultra Concert Series presented by Visit SLO CAL, according to the release.

Tickets will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at midstatefair.com for the general public, with prices set at $50, $90, $130 and $175, according to the release.

Guests can also use the new “Local Fan of the Fair” program, which will allow registered local fans 1-hour early access to purchase tickets, at the fair website.

Nickelback has been nominated for nine Grammy Awards, and have topped 50 million records sold.

The band’s best-known song, “How You Remind Me,” was the most played U.S. radio song in the 2000’s, according to Nielsen Soundscan.

The 2024 California Mid-State Fair will place in Paso Robles from July 17 to 28 this summer.
