Niagara County could get first Chick-fil-A location
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Niagara County could be getting its first Chick-fil-A location in the near future.
According to a meeting agenda from the city of Niagara Falls, the proposed location is at 6610 Niagara Falls Boulevard, located in the same plaza as Esporta Fitness and near the fashion outlets.
The proposal would call for a 5,000 square foot restaurant with a drive-thru, an outdoor patio and an ordering canopy. The plan is set to be discussed at a planning board meeting on Wednesday. The initial proposal was sent to the planning board by Chick-fil-A in November of last year.
The chain, known for its chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets and waffle fries, has three current locations in Western New York. Those locations are in Hamburg, Cheektowaga and Depew.
