Nia Center hosts Empowerment and Job Fair

Dozens of people came Thursday to the Nia Center downtown to help jump start their careers. It was all a part of the Empowerment and Job Fair held by the career center. The Nia Center is all about helping people find purpose. The word "Nia" actually means ‘purpose’ in Swahili, and that's exactly what the job fair is about.
