(Adds late game) Jan 20 (The Sports Xchange) - Highlights of Monday's National Hockey League games. - - - Blues 4, Red Wings 1 The St. Louis Blues got goals from four different players, including three by defenseman, on the way to a 4-1 win over the Detroit Red Wings. Magnus Paarjarvi and defensemen Barret Jackman, Kevin Shattenkirk and Jay Bouwmeester scored for St. Louis (33-10-5), who had lost their previous two games. Detroit (21-18-10) goaltender Jimmy Howard stopped 22 shots before being replaced by Petr Mrazek midway through the second period because of a lower-body injury. - - - Panthers 5, Penguins 1 Drew Shore scored twice for the first multi-goal game of his career as the Florida Panthers ended the Pittsburgh Penguins' franchise-record 13-game home winning streak. Jonathan Huberdeau added a goal and an assist and defenseman Dmitry Kulikov and center Shawn Matthias also scored for the Panthers (19-23-7). Eastern Conference-leading Pittsburgh (34-13-2) suffered their first loss at Consol Enegy Center since falling to the Philadelphia Flyers on Nov. 13. - - - Bruins 3, Kings 2 Brad Marchand delivered his second two-goal game in just over 24 hours, scoring the winner with 11:07 left to give his team a tight-checking victory over the Los Angeles Kings. Marchand, who scored both Boston (31-15-3) goals and the only shootout goal in a 3-2 loss in Chicago on Sunday, tallied the winner just 18 seconds after the Kings tied the game on a power-play goal by center Jeff Carter. Carter's goal was his 19th of the season for the Kings (29-15-6). - - - Maple Leafs 4, Coyotes 2 Toronto centers Phil Kessel and Nazem Kadri and defenseman Jake Gardiner each had a goal and an assist as the Maple Leafs extended their winning streak to five games. Jonathan Bernier had 39 saves for Toronto (26-20-5). Antoine Vermette scored a short-handed goal with 5:01 remaining and Mike Smith had 25 saves for Phoenix (23-17-9). - - - Predators 4, Stars 1 Shea Weber scored the go-ahead goal in the first period and Roman Josi tacked on a goal and an assist as Nashville shrugged off an early deficit to beat Dallas. Predators goaltender Carter Hutton turned in one of his best performances of the season with 35 saves, 19 in the third period, as the Predators won for the third time in four games. Dallas (21-20-8) lost for the ninth time in 10 games and fell into 11th place in the Western Conference, a point behind Nashville (22-22-7). - - - Islanders 4, Flyers 3 (Shootout) Kyle Okposo scored the game-tying goal in the third period to send it to overtime then netted the winning shot in the shootout as the New York Islanders completed a dramatic comeback to beat the Philadelphia Flyers. John Tavares and Brock Nelson also scored in regulation for the Islanders (20-24-7), who came back from 3-1 down after the second period. Matt Read scored twice, and Ray Emery made 40 saves for the Flyers (25-19-6). - - - Sharks 3, Flames 2 Joe Pavelski continued his impressive goal-scoring streak with two more, including the game-winner in the second period, as San Jose beat Calgary. The teams exchanged two goals each in the first period before Pavelski struck with his team-leading 27th goal. He has scored 18 goals in his past 20 games to move to number three in the league behind the Washington Capitals' Alexander Ovechkin and the Anaheim Ducks' Corey Perry.
