How did teams from the NFC South Division fare during Week Seven of the NFL season and how it relates to the Atlanta Falcons.

A loss to Seattle was viewed by many as a team that split a Denver and Seattle road trip, losing a close game on the road against a difficult opponent. Many believed the Falcons would return to form once welcomed back into the Georgia Dome against a struggling and injury ridden San Diego Chargers team. That wasn’t the case, but Atlanta maintains control of their own destiny within the division.

No divisional matchups take place in Week Eight, but for the first time in a couple of weeks every team is in action. Also, all NFC South teams will be at home this week looking to improve their standing among the division.
