Nov. 12: Revisiting Anne Hathaway’s ‘closet’ on her birthday
Actress Anne Hathaway was born on this day in 1982, making her 31 years old. To mark the occasion, we thought we'd revisit that Brooklyn apartment that she reportedly never lived in.
After purchasing a Clocktower Building three-bedroom in Brooklyn's DUMBO neighborhood, she decided it felt too exposed, a source told the New York Post. So she stored her clothes there while she and her husband lived in another unit in the building. Nice walk-in closet! She bought it for $4.1 million and put it on the market for $4.5 million less than a year later. It doesn't appear to have sold yet.
