Introducing #madREskillz

From producing their own "Harlem Shake" videos to hiring gourmet chefs to cater open houses, real estate agents never stop dreaming up new ways to draw attention to themselves and their listings.

The nation's more than 1 million real estate agents represent a wellspring of creativity that we want to tap into and share with our readers.

So Inman News is launching a new weekly Twitter conversation Thursday that's aimed at ferreting out some of the most unusual things real estate agents do to get nibbles from buyers and sellers.

Participate in #madREskillz by tweeting an exceptionally quirky or ambitious marketing tactic every Thursday and tagging it with #madREskillz.

After reviewing all submissions (and "RTing" a few in the process), we'll pick two of the best and put them to a vote on Facebook the following day.

Then, we'll feature the winner in a post on our site that will hopefully include a little color from an interview with the real estate pro who contributed the idea.

So join us tomorrow on Twitter and tweet those skillz!
