Toronto unveiled its first commemorative statue outside a sports arena Tuesday afternoon — not of Joe Carter ... or Dave Keon ... or even Bobby Baun — but of telecommunications executive Ted Rogers, complete with a tightly-knotted tie and file folders in hand.
