News of public record: Guernsey County restaurant inspections

The following are restaurant inspections with critical violations, as conducted by the Guernsey County Health Department from April 29 to May 3.

April 30

Kimbolton BP, 9760 Plainfield Road, Kimbolton. Food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils are not being sanitized as required. Employee utilizing the provided handwashing sink in the utility area to rinse personal drinkware. Coffee pots are not being washed, rinsed, and sanitized in the provided three-compartment sink. A quarterly sampling report for a private water system is not on file with this department. Bulk containers of water from unknown sources are present in cabinets under the coffee machine. The person in charge states water is for employee consumption only.
