Batman is at Superman’s mercy in a new ‘Batman V Superman’ clip…
Debuting on ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’, a brand new clip from ‘Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice’ shows DC’s biggest heroes squaring off against each other… and as The Dark Knight gets thrown through his very own bat signal, it seems Superman has one hell of an edge.
But Bruce Wayne may have come prepared…
This new excerpt sees the Man of Steel (played by Henry Cavill) telling Batman (played by Ben Affleck) to ‘stay down’… after sending the heavily-armoured hero crashing through the bat signal.
Batman is clearly on the ropes, but he won’t be giving up just yet.
“If I wanted it, you’d be dead already,” says Superman.
But it looks as though Bats has a plan…
Whipping out a smoke bomb and disappearing into the shadows, Batman manages to evade the last Kryptonian long enough to get the drop on him… but when he pulls a rifle on Supes, it looks as though he may have bitten off more than he can chew.
But will Batman really be able to stand up against a super-powered for?
If that armoured Batsuit is anything to go by, it looks as though he stands a pretty good chance.
Henry Cavill stars as Superman, with Ben Affleck as Batman. Gal Gadot joins the action as fellow DC superhero, Wonder Woman with cameos expected from Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jason Momoa as Aquaman,
Zack Snyder is directing, based on a screenplay by Chris Terrio and David S. Goyer.
