Netflix unveils Love Is Blind season 5 release window

A release window for the next season of Love Is Blind has been announced.
The Netflix reality show has had a busy year or so – three seasons have dropped since February 2022, with the most-recent fourth wrapping up just last month.
As part of the streamer's virtual upfront presentation, it has now been confirmed that season 5 will premiere in September, with an exact release date yet to be announced.

The fourth season (almost) made history with a live reunion for the season's couples, though technical difficulties meant that the special episode was not released until 24 hours later.
Responding to the mistake, co-host Vanessa Lachey said at the beginning of the episode that fans had not "missed a thing", adding: "We’re sorry we’re late. We’re no longer live. But we are now finally here!"
"We’ve actually been sitting on these couches not talking to each other so we could save all the tea for you," she then quipped.

Netflix originally said in response to the issues: "To everyone who stayed up late, woke up early, gave up their Sunday afternoon… we are incredibly sorry that the Love Is Blind Live Reunion did not turn out as we had planned."
Show creator Chris Coelen previously told Variety of the decision to do a live episode: "That was Netflix's idea to do it live, and I think it's great.
"They've only done one live programme so far which was obviously the Chris Rock special, so to have them want to lead their second live effort around Love Is Blind is exciting!"
Love Is Blind seasons 1-4 are available on Netflix now, with season 5 premiering in September.
