Dry and Hotter Through Thursday

Our weather pattern improves in a hurry across North Alabama, as high pressure quickly moves into the region.

This area of high pressure will filter drier air into the region, leading to a brief break in the wet weather. We’ll see a foggy start to the day on Wednesday with sunshine returning once the fog lifts.

Highs on Wednesday will be several degrees off from a record and in the mid-80s.

Thursday will be the hottest with highs in the upper 80s. The record for Huntsville is 91 degrees set in 2012.
