The men and women of NCIS: New Orleans are about to take a visit to Margaritaville.

EW has learned exclusively that Jimmy Buffett will perform as himself in the season 4 premiere of the Scott Bakula starrer.

“It’s New Orleans, baby! You can’t represent the city properly unless you celebrate music,” says showrunner Brad Kern about Buffet’s appearance. “On top of that, it separates us from the pack and makes our show a little more unique.”

The premiere episode is titled “Rogue Nation” and picks up six weeks after Dwayne Pride’s (Bakula) take-down of the corrupt Mayor Hamilton. Pride remains on probation while his team is monitored by Supervisory Special Agent Paula Boyd (Becky Ann Baker).

Buffett is a regular fixture around the halls of CBS. He’s also played Frank Bama since 2011 on Hawaii Five-0.

NCIS: New Orleans airs at 10 p.m. ET Tuesdays on CBS.
