NBA playoffs: Lakers' Anthony Davis suffers arm injury in Game 1 vs. Grizzlies

The health of one of the stars in the marquee first-round matchup between the Memphis Grizzlies and the Los Angeles Lakers is suddenly in flux.

Anthony Davis appeared to injure his right arm toward the end of the second quarter. Davis was listed as available to return by the Lakers during halftime and started the second half.

As Davis went up for a rebound with 1:15 left in the first half, he came down and grabbed at his right arm after a collision with Jaren Jackson Jr. under the rim. He went to the bench and eventually headed to the locker room before halftime.

Davis had been giving Memphis fits in the first half, where he dominated on both sides of the ball, scoring 10 points. He grabbed six rebound and had five blocks before he left the game. When he was on the court, Memphis struggled to get any offensive momentum.
