The series decider also was the most-watched non-Finals NBA game on any broadcast or cable network since 2000 and the most-watched sports program on cable since the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship Game drew 17.8M in April on TNT, TBS and truTV.

TNT scored nightly wins across all of cable television each night of its coverage of the Western Conference Finals, in which the defending champion Warriors fought back from a 3-1 series deficit to make the Finals. Together with Inside the NBA, TNT registered the top two programs on cable six times during the seven-game series — twice spanning both cable and broadcast.
