Nationwide electricity consumption limits lifted, potential for reinstatement looms
Electricity consumption restrictions have been lifted in all oblasts, affected by Russian attacks but they may be reintroduced during the evening peak hours, Ukrenergo reported on March 31.
Restrictions on electricity consumption may be imposed on household consumers in Kharkiv and Odesa oblasts, as well as on industrial consumers in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro Oblast.

It is noted that at 11:40 a.m. EET, as a result of technological disruptions at the Ukrenergo substation, consumers in two districts of Odesa were partially cut off from electricity supply.
As of 1:00 p.m., power supply was restored to everyone, Ukrenergo added.
Massive Russian strike on March 31 - what is known
An air alert was declared in several regions of Ukraine due to the threat of a new Russian attack on March 31. Missiles attacked the West of the country, explosions were heard in Volyn and Lviv oblasts.

Poland scrambled fighter jets because of Russian missile attack on Ukraine. Air Force reported that Ukrainian air defense destroyed 18 air targets.
In Odesa Oblast, falling debris of a downed drone caused a fire at one of the region's power facilities, leaving several villages without electricity.
Meanwhile, in Lviv Oblast, Russia attacked a critical infrastructure facility, killing a man.
In Rivne Oblast, debris of a downed aerial target damaged an electricity pole, a paramedic and obstetric station.
