March 10 – 16 is MS Awareness week. During the week the National MS Society amplifies stories of people living with MS and raises awareness each day during the week. On April 13, the Walk MS will take place at Hoffmantown Church to raise awareness and funds to help find a cure for multiple sclerosis. All are invited to the walk and it is free to register and sign up. The walk site opens at 8 a.m. and the walk kicks off at 10 a.m. Walking options range from one to three miles with rest stations available. There are also plenty of volunteer opportunities available for anyone who wishes to support in ways other than walking.

The National MS Society offers a number of programs and support for anyone living with MS and their families. For more information, click here.
