National Cherry Blossom Festival announces 2024 live performance schedule

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The National Cherry Blossom Festival announced the schedule of live performances this year on Wednesday.

Officials said that they expect over 100 performances on their ANA Stage with a variety of music genres and dance styles.

JBE Band is the first event listed on the calendar, kicking off celebrations at noon on Saturday, March 23.

There are events every day from March 23 until April 7 except for on Monday, April 1.

Organizers said that the Welcome Area will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The performances are scheduled from noon to 6 p.m. during peak bloom — and the show will go on rain or shine.
