N.H. State Police releasing few details about incident in Alstead

Sep. 26—ALSTEAD — An incident that was confined to one residence is under investigation by N.H. State Police, the agency said in a statement Monday morning.

All parties involved in what police have so far described only as an "incident" have been identified and there is no threat to the public, according to State Police.

A State Police spokeswoman did not answer emailed questions about the nature of the incident or where in town it occurred, but said more information would be released as it becomes available.
