Mykolaiv under attack: Russian drones cause hotel fire and damage
Russia attacked Mykolaiv with drones, causing a fire at a recreational facility on the morning of April 28, Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Senkevich reported on Telegram.
Rescuers have extinguished the fire over an area of 20 m². There were no casualties.

The Russian military attacked the city at 4:45 a.m., the Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration said. The attack damaged a hotel building. A fire broke out that was swiftly extinguished.
Windows in another hotel nearby were smashed, and cars were damaged. The Russian attack also damaged a heat-generating infrastructure facility. The consequences are being investigated.
Ukraine’s Air Defense Forces shot down four Shahed UAVs and one drone of an unspecified type in Ukraine during the overnight attack.
