To mark the 50th anniversary of Amnesty International, the organization is bringing its famed UK fundraiser, The Secret Policeman's Ball, to the US for the first time on March 4 at New York City's Radio City Music Hall. The human rights organization benefit concert will feature Coldplay, Mumford and Sons, Russell Brand, Reggie Watts and political comedians Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert from the Comedy Central Network. For US residents, the event will stream live via streaming site Epix. The event will be broadcast on British television shortly after the live gig.
Bruce Springsteen: ‘Wrecking Ball’
American singer-songwriter Bruce Springsteen is releasing his 19th studio album, Wrecking Ball. The new album features Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello and Pearl Jam drummer Matt Chamberlain. The 20-time Grammy Award winner is also slated to be the keynote speaker at this year's South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, Texas. His is also launching a major tour of the United States and Europe in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 18.

The annual gathering attracts 100,000 attendees and industry representatives from around the world for a DJ Spin-off, a Record Collectors Show, and the International Dance Music Awards. The Ultra Music Festival featuring electronic music happens in downtown Miami during the event.
American pop star Madonna is releasing her 12th studio album, MDNA, via Interscope Records on March 26. Her world tour in support of the album launches May 29 in Tel Aviv, followed by 26 stops in European cities and 26 stops in North America. She is also heading to Australia and South America for the first time in 20 years. Those dates have yet to be announced.
Red Hot Chili Peppers Tour

American rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers is launching a tour in support of tenth studio album, I'm With You. The tour launches in Tampa, Florida, on March 29, followed by a slew of shows in the region including a stop at the Bonnaroo music festival in Tennessee on June 9. The band also tours Europe and the Middle East through October 25, including stops in Paris, Madrid, Moscow, Tel Aviv, Athens, and Dublin.
2nd Lollapalooza Chile

First launched in 1991 by Perry Farrell, lead singer of Jane's Addiction, Lollapalooza is an iconic American festival with its roots in the alternative music scene. The event expanded to Chile in 2011 and moves into Brazil in 2012. Bjork, Foo Fighters, MGMT, Arctic Monkeys, Calvin Harris, and Skrillex are booked in Chile.
Canada's music awards show, now in its 41st year, airs on Sunday, April 1 on CTV from Scotiabank Place in Ottawa. Nominees include Canada’s own Drake, Justin Bieber, Avril Lavigne and Nickelback. Nominees for the International Album of the Year category include Adele, Coldplay, Lady Gaga, LMFAO, and Rihanna. William Shatner will host the ceremony.
Nicki Minaj: 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded'
American hip hop artist Nicki Minaj is unveiling Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded on April 3, which reportedly will focus on her gay male alter ego Roman Zolanski from her debut album, Pink Friday. That album peaked at number one in the US, where it saw its greatest success.
