Muscatine sets egg hunt in Weed Park

The Muscatine Parks and Recreation Department invites the community to the 2024 Easter Egg Hunt from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, March 23, at Weed Park in Muscatine.

Families attending may arrive near the Rose Garden playground in the Upper Loop of Weed Park. Children will be split into age groups to hunt for colored eggs in specific locations: three years and under, four years through kindergarten, and first through third graders. Participants will be asked to closely follow age categories.

Children are encouraged to bring their own Easter basket. Eggs will be traded in for goodie bags to take home.

Additionally, join the Muscatine Parks and Recreation at the “It’s Blooming” A Spring Market event hosted by the Muscatine Area Farmers Market at the Muscatine Mall from noon-2 p.m. that day for an egg-citing craft program for young kids.
