How much snow will North Jersey get Thursday and Friday? See projected inch counts

Freezing rain from icy roads wreaked a lot of havoc on New Jersey roads on Wednesday morning, but the weather has not shown any signs of letting up.

Janurary snow storms are common in the northeast and while the rain should have stopped by lunchtime, snow is possible for Thursday night and Friday in many parts of New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.

The chance of seeing more than one inch of snow is in the 60 to 70 percent range for many parts of all three states in the next three days and the chance of seeing more than two inches of snow is also fairly high in select areas.

See how much snow your area is projected to get from Thursday night at 7 p.m. through Friday night at 7 p.m. from the National Weather Service.
