How much snow fell in Denver and the Front Range on Saturday?
DENVER (KDVR) — A spring storm swept through the state Saturday, causing a mix of snow and rain to hit various parts of the Front Range.
A Pinpoint Weather Alert Day was issued for Saturday due to the heavy snow and rain, which caused traffic problems and dangerous road conditions in several areas.

While the metro area mainly received rain, some areas saw measurable snow.
Snow totals
The foothills and mountains received the most snow by far, with areas like Genessee seeing 6.7 inches and Longs Peak and Mount Audubon in Boulder receiving over 20 inches each.
In the metro area, 3 inches of snow was reported in Arapahoe County, with 2.6 inches reported in Lone Tree. However, less snow was reported further north, with 0.5 inches reported in Aurora and 0.7 inches reported in Edgewater.
