Motorcyclist dead after crash in Fresno
FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A motorcyclist is dead following a vehicle crash in Fresno on Friday afternoon, according to the Fresno Police Department.
Police say shortly before 1 p.m. officers were called to the intersection of Effie and Mckinley avenues following a report of a motorcyclist colliding with a vehicle.
According to police, the motorcyclist was traveling eastbound when he collided with a black truck. The motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Officers say the cause of the crash remains under investigation. The identities of those involved have not been officially released.
